Our largest venue, the Finger Lakes Ballroom, features stunning lake views and an adjacent outdoor patio. It comfortably seats up to 350 guests banquet-style, making it ideal for weddings, galas, or large corporate events.
For more intimate gatherings, the Canandaigua Ballroom offers the same beautiful lake views and can host up to 120 guests banquet-style. We also offer smaller breakout rooms, a picturesque Bridal Rotunda, and several inviting public spaces available for use.

What time is check-in and check out?
We look forward to welcoming you to Hotel Canandaigua! Check-in begins at 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on availability, or we’re happy to store your luggage while you explore the property or relax by the lake.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If you need a little extra time, please contact the front desk—we’ll do our best to accommodate late check-out requests when possible.

Hotel Canandaigua is proud to be a pet-friendly facility—we welcome your furry companions as part of your stay!
A nonrefundable pet service fee of $50 per stay applies. Please note that additional charges may be incurred for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to your pet’s stay.
To ensure the comfort and safety of all guests, we kindly ask that pets remain leashed in public areas and are not left unattended in guest rooms.

Where can I park?
Hotel Canandaigua offers convenient on-site parking for our guests at a rate of $10 per day.
Parking is located just steps from the hotel entrance, making it easy to come and go as you please. Charges will be applied to your room folio at check-in.

Can I smoke at the hotel?
Hotel Canandaigua is a smoke-free property inside all guest rooms and indoor public spaces. However, smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
